The shipping company offers ferry services on a wide variety of ships. The company attaches particular importance to quality and safety. In addition to high-speed catamarans and solar-powered Ferries, traditional passenger ships and water cabs are also used. Depending on the route, Ferries operate seasonally or all year round and offer duty-free shopping. On longer routes, the modern ships offer a wide entertainment program, including a pool. Restaurants, cafeterias, bars and lounges also spoil passengers with culinary delights. Different cabin categories ensure that every traveler finds the right accommodation for their individual passage.
Major FRS ferry routes
With its routes, FRS connects Sylt with Denmark via the North Sea and also calls at Helgoland from Hamburg. On the Baltic Sea, the company offers a wide range of regional and international ferry services, from cab boat services around Hiddensee and connections to Rügen to the passage to Trelleborg in Sweden (since April 2023). In Wolfsburg, solar-powered Ferries take passengers to the Autostadt and in Berlin, the “White Fleet” is used by the Berlin transport company. The FRS ships connect the Spanish mainland with North Africa via the Mediterranean on several routes. On the Tarifa – Tangier route, the modern high-speed ferry takes just 35 minutes to connect two continents. There is also a connection to the Canary Islands with the Huelva – Arrecive route.
