Return journey: You can rebook your return/home journey once free of charge to a specific departure. In case of a new change, a rebooking fee of 30€ will be charged here as well.

The eco-friendly ferry company Scandlines, with 60 daily departures, offers a flexible and sustainable way to travel with attractive pricing options—plus a delightful little sea voyage to kick off your vacation perfectly.
To avoid the stress of planning Easter or summer vacations, Scandlines is once again offering affordable “Summer Deal Tickets” in 2022.
That’s because anyone who books a crossing on Scandlines’ hybrid ferries between April 19 and May 8, 2022, will enjoy not only a special fare with attractive discounts but also a significant boost in flexibility. Tickets for a one-way trip from Germany to Denmark between May 19 and August 31, 2022, can be booked online. The return trip can then be taken flexibly through December 22, 2022, on any departure with available capacity. This means that a last-minute extension of a camping trip at the end of summer or a spontaneous extension of a beach vacation is no longer a problem.
Likewise, tickets can be cancelled and refunded free of charge for up to three months. With the convenient online booking, travelers also save the handling fee of 13 euros at the port. For example, you can travel between Rostock and Gedser for 206 euros and between Puttgarden and Rødby for 156 euros – round trip always included.
In addition to allowing passengers to choose their own departure and return dates, the ferry company offers a flexible schedule with frequent departures—every 30 minutes from Puttgarden and up to ten times a day from Rostock—enabling travel from the early morning hours through the late evening.
