Online check-in with TT-Line – quick and easy to do
With TT-Line’s online check-in, you can check in from the comfort of your own home. This saves you time at the port and you can download your travel documents in advance.
Step 1: Enter booking number
Enter your booking number to start the online check-in.
Step 2: Check passenger data
You get an overview of all travelers. Check names, dates of birth and nationality. Changes are still possible in this step.
Step 3: Add vehicle data
If you take a vehicle with you, you can enter or edit data such as type, length and license plate number.
Step 4: Select cabin
Choose your preferred cabin, e.g. a 1-4 bed cabin with sea view.
Step 5: Check in and receive your ticket
Click on “Pre-check in now” to complete the process from here. You will receive your digital ticket with QR code, which you can show directly on your smartphone or print out at the port.
Note on online check-in (48 hours in advance):
- You can check in online 48 hours before departure.
- You enter all the data on passengers, vehicles and cabins.
- You will then receive a QR code or barcode for self-check-in at the port.
- Please note: Online check-in does not replace being present at the terminal or ticket machine!

Whether you are traveling by car, on foot or by bike – here you can find out how to check in at your port of departure. In addition to online check-in (possible 48 hours in advance), you must use the self-check-in or the terminal counter at the port, depending on the situation.
TT-Line Check-in Travemünde (Germany)
- Ferry connections:
- With vehicle: You use the self-check-in machine in the port area. Follow the signs “TT-Line Check-in”.
- As a pedestrian: Check-in takes place in the TT-Line terminal building. Please register in good time.
- Check-in times: Opens 2 hours before departure, closes 30 minutes before.
TT-Line Check-in Rostock (Germany)
- Ferry connections:
- With vehicle: Ferries directly to the self-check-in counter in the port area.
- As a pedestrian: Register at the pedestrian terminal (separate area).
- Check-in times: Opens 2 hours before departure, closes 30 minutes before departure.
TT-Line Check-in Świnoujście (Poland)
- Ferry connection: Ferries Świnoujście – Trelleborg
- By vehicle: Ferries to the check-in lane at the port entrance.
- As a pedestrian: Check-in takes place at the TT-Line terminal in Świnoujście. A shuttle bus will then take you to the Ferries.
- Check-in times: Opens 2 hours before departure, closes 1 hour before.
TT-Line Check-in Trelleborg (Sweden)
- Ferry connections:
- With vehicle: Use the self-check-in machines in the TT-Line area.
- As a pedestrian: Check-in takes place at the Trelleborg passenger terminal.
- Check-in times: Opens 3 hours before departure, closes 30 to 60 minutes before – depending on the port of destination.
TT-Line Check-in Karlshamn (Sweden)
- Ferry connections:
- By vehicle or on foot: Depending on the time of day, via self-check-in terminal or manual counter.
- Check-in times: Opens approx. 2 hours before departure, closes 1 hour before.
TT-Line Check-in Klaipėda (Lithuania)
- Ferry connections:
- With vehicle: Use the TT-Line check-in area in the port.
- As a pedestrian: Go to the TT-Line counter in the passenger terminal.
- Check-in times: Opens 4 hours before departure, closes 1 hour before departure.
