- From the direction of Catania/Messina (east): Ferries on the highway A19 or A20 direction Palermo. In Palermo, follow the signs to the port (Porto), which is well signposted.
- From the direction of Trapani (west): Take the E933 and E90 in the direction of Palermo. Once in Palermo, follow the signs to the port.
- From the direction of Agrigento (south): Ferries on the SS118 and from Bolognetta the SS121 in the direction of Palermo. In Palermo, follow the signs to the port.
Arrival by bus & train
Palermo is well connected to the regional and national rail network. It is only a few minutes by bus or cab from Palermo central station to the ferry port.
