Port Heligoland
Germany’s only high sea island fascinates with a 61 meter high cliff. A walk around the island stretches over three kilometers, 182 steps lead up to the “Oberland” – alternatively there is an elevator. From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Heligoland, Lange Anna, the lighthouse, the diverse birdlife and the endless expanse of the North Sea. The neighboring island “Düne” can be easily reached by Ferries and promises wonderful bathing days on the finest sand.
