TT-Line and Viking Line are planning a new Ferry route between Vuosaari and Muuga
TT-Line and Viking Line are planning a joint route between Finland and Estonia. The Ferry is scheduled to begin service between Vuosaari and Muuga in the first quarter of 2027.
Both shipping companies announced their plans on October 5, 2026. The route runs from Helsinki-Vuosaari to Muuga near Tallinn.
Another Ferry for the Vuosaari–Muuga Route
The partners plan to transport passengers and cargo on a shared Ferry. The ship will feature cabins, seating areas, and a restaurant or café. Viking Line plans to acquire half of the ship.
Eckerö Line already operates on the Vuosaari–Muuga harbor route. TT-Line and Viking Line plan to introduce additional service there in the future.
The partners will unveil the ship in November
The two partner shipping companies plan to unveil the ship in November 2026. So far, they have not disclosed the schedule, duration of the voyage, or ticket prices. They have also not specified the exact launch date or the date when tickets will go on sale.
The Viking XPRS is set to continue operating between Helsinki and Tallinn.
