The shipping company Stena Line offers its customers a choice of three different fare models: Economy, Flexi and Premium. Online bookings are free of charge with Stena Line, while employee bookings are subject to appropriate fees.

Stena Line Economy Ticket
The Stena Line Economy Ticket always offers a cheap travel option when the date and time of travel are already certain. It should be noted that free rebooking and cancellation are not possible in the Economy fare.
Stena Line Flexi Ticket
More flexibility is offered by the Stena Line Flexi Ticket. Rebookings are possible in this ticket variant up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations are subject to fees. The amount of the refund is based to the timing: 100 percent up to 24 hours before departure, 50 percent up to 2 hours before departure. If you cancel less than 2 hours before departure, you will be left empty-handed even with Flexi Ticket.
Stena Line Premium Ticket
Choosing a Stena Line Premium ticket promises maximum flexibility and comfort. Rebooking is possible up to 2 hours before departure. In case of cancellation, customers will be refunded 100 percent of the ticket price if they cancel up to 2 hours before departure. After that, no refund is possible. Cancellation fees also apply in the Premium tariff.

Stena Line Fees & Surcharges
Port Surcharge & Environmental Surcharge
Stena Line has levied port and environmental surcharges to all routes since 2016. These surcharges are already included in the tour price, but will be shown separately to your invoice.
Booking fee
If you book your Stena Line ticket by phone on the Stena Line hotline, by e-mail or in the customer center, you will be charged a booking fee of 15€ per booking. So book directly online and save 15€!
Change fee
If you have a change request for your booked Stena Line ticket, you have to pay 7,50€ for a change by phone. If you make the change online yourself, you also save the fee here.
Rebooking fee
The rebooking fee only applies to the low-cost Economy fare. This amounts to 40€ in any case. Regardless of whether the rebooking takes place online or by telephone.
