The Scandlines shipping company offers travelers a wide variety of gastronomic options on its routes from Puttgarden to Rödby and from Rostock to Gedser. There are three different types of restaurants to choose from on each of the Scandlines Ferries – Scandlines Kitchen (buffet), Scandlines Food Express and Scandlines Coffee. With crossings of 45 and 135 minutes respectively, both routes leave enough time for a small snack or a visit to the buffet or Á la carte restaurant.
Scandlines Kitchen (Buffet)
The varied Scandlines Kitchen Buffet is available to guests throughout the day on the Ferries Rostock-Gedser. The buffet is all-inclusive and, in addition to an extensive breakfast, offers a selection of various hot and cold dishes, fruit, desserts and cakes, ranging from burgers and pasta specialties to varied dishes with chicken, salmon and steak.

“Quick and easy” is the motto at Food Express. You will find the fast food restaurant on both Ferries Puttgarden-Rödby and the Ferry Rostock-Gedser. Breakfast, fresh sandwiches as well as schnitzel, chips, currywurst, hotdog & co. are offered around the clock. In addition, there are various hot and cold drinks. For children there is a Kids Box menu to choose from.
