The booking and service team at the Service Center at FRS Baltic will take your request and answer all your questions about the ferry connection Sassnitz-Ystad and from April 2023 for the Ferry Sassnitz-Trelleborg. At peak times, in the evening or at lunchtime, there may be waiting times.

It is currently not possible to book your FRS Baltic trip directly by phone. However, you can simply arrange a callback using the contact form. You can currently find the callback form on the following page: https://www.frs-baltic.com/kontakt
But beware: booking by phone costs an additional €12! FRS Baltic charges a ticket office service fee for manual processing. So it’s better to book online right away.

Yes, the FRS Baltic service is free of charge. However, if you make your booking by phone or email, you will have to pay an additional service fee of €12 per booking.

Yes, you can book your trip conveniently via the FRS Baltic service. But beware, because when booking by phone there is a fee of 12€.

Yes, you can easily request a callback from FRS Baltic by e-mail.
✔️ Is there an FRS Baltic Chat?
No, there is currently no FRS Baltic chat with the customer center. For your inquiries, you can call or contact us by e-mail.
✔️ At what times is the FRS Baltic Ticketshop available?
The FRS ticket store in Sassnitz is open Monday and Wednesday from 9 am to 2 pm and Thursday to Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm in the low season and Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm in the high season and is open for your questions.
