- From Hamburg (south): Ferries north on the A23 to Heide, then change to the B203 towards Husum. Follow the B5 to Bredstedt and then change to the L12 towards Ockholm and Schlüttsiel.
- From the direction of Flensburg (east): Drive south on the A7, then take the B200 towards Husum.
In Husum change to the B5 towards Bredstedt, then take the L12 towards Ockholm and Schlüttsiel. - From Denmark (north): Via the A7 southbound, exit Flensburg, and then follow the B200 and B5 as described above.
