2. Rostock/Travemünde – Trelleborg

You can also take the Ferry to Trelleborg (Sweden) and from there on to Copenhagen. From here it is only a good hour’s drive to Malmö and from there directly to Copenhagen via the Öresund Bridge. The Ferry Lübeck-Travemünde – Trelleborg of TT-Line takes about 8 hours to Sweden. The Stena Line and TT-Line Ferries from Rostock to Trelleborg take around 6 hours and 30 minutes to reach southern Sweden.

Total travel time approx. 7 to 8 hours (Rostock-Trelleborg) or 8.5 to 9.5 hours (Travemünde-Trelleborg).

3. Travemünde – Malmö

Another way to reach Copenhagen is via Ferry Travemünde – Malmö (approx. 8 hours 45 minutes). Finnlines takes you directly to the Swedish metropolis opposite Copenhagen and you only have to cross the Öresund Bridge to reach the Danish capital.
