You can reach the Marseille ferry port via the A7 highway. Follow the highway to the end and then change to the A55 city highway towards Marseille. Stay on the A55 and follow the signs to the port and Quai du Lazaret.

- From the south (e.g. Sfax): Take the A1 north to Tunis and follow the signs to La Goulette and the ferry port.
- From the west (e.g. Kairouan): Take the A1 eastbound to Tunis and then follow the signs to La Goulette and the ferry port.
- From the direction of Bizerte (north): Ferry south on the A4 and change to the A1 towards Tunis. Then follow the signs to La Goulette and the ferry port.
