How to reach the ferry port of Pythagorio on the island of Samos in Greece by car:
- From the north(Vathy): Follow the road south to Pythagorio and follow the signs to the port.
- From the northwest(Karlovasi): Follow the coastal road 62 southeast to Samos town. Then follow the road south to Pythagorio.
- From the west (Ireo): Follow the coastal road eastwards to Pythagorio.
