Arrival by car
The ferry port of Lavrio can be reached from various towns via well-developed roads:
- From the north (Athens): Follow the highway Attiki Odos (A6) and then the national road 89 south towards Lavrio. The ferry port is well signposted.
- From the northwest(Piraeus): Ferries north on the E75 until you reach the A6. Then head south to national road 89 and continue to Lavrio.
- From the west(Patras): Ferry along the National Road 8 towards Athens, then onto the A8 and finally onto the National Road 89 to Lavrio.
Arrival by bus & train
There are bus connections from Athens to Lavrio. Buses depart regularly from the KTEL Attikis bus station (KTEL Attikis Terminal A) in the direction of Lavrio. The journey takes about 1.5 hours.
Arrival by plane
The nearest airport is Athens Airport (ATH). From Athens airport, you can either take a cab or a bus to the KTEL Attikis bus station and then continue by bus to Lavrio.
