- From the southwest (e.g. Sønderborg): Drive northeast on road 8 until you reach Augustenborg. Then follow the signs to Fynshav ferry port.
- From the north (e.g. Nordborg): Take road 405 towards Augustenborg and then continue on road 8 to Fynshav.
- From the south (e.g. Skovby): Follow the island roads north to Fynshav and there follow the signs to the ferry port.
Arrival by bus & train
There are regular bus connections from various places on Als to Augustenborg. You can take a cab from Augustenborg station to the ferry port.
