- From the north (e.g. Bastia): Ferry south on the T11 to Arena and change there to the RT10, which will take you directly to Bonifacio. Follow the signs to the harbor.
- From the northeast (e.g. Porto-Vecchio): Simply ferry south on the RT10 to Bonifacio. In Bonifacio, follow the signs to the harbor.
- From the northwest (e.g. Ajaccio): Take the T40 in the direction of Bonifacio. The road takes you directly to the ferry port in Bonifacio.
