- From the north (via State Highway 1): Ferry south on SH 1 and follow signs to Auckland CBD. Take the exit for the city center and follow the signs to Quay Street.
- From the south (via State Highway 1): Ferry north on SH 1 and follow signs to Auckland CBD. Take the exit for the city center and follow the signs to Quay Street.
- From the west (via State Highway 16): Ferry east on SH 16 and follow signs to Auckland CBD. Connect to SH 1 and follow the directions to Quay Street.
Arrival by train
