The fast ferry HSC MAX is moving to the Seajets shipping company in Greece
Sale of HSC MAX to Seajets
In May 2024, Molslinjen announced that the high-speed ferry HSC MAX had been sold to a ferry operator in the Mediterranean. It has now been confirmed that the buyer is the Greek-Cypriot shipping company Seajets, which will take over the ship in the next few days.
Mission in Denmark completed
The HSC MAX was in service for many years on the Aarhus-Odden ferry route and occasionally also on the Rønne-Ystad (Bornholm) route. The ship was built by Incat in Australia in 1998 and has proved its worth in the Danish ferry fleet.
Transfer to Greece imminent
The HSC MAX is currently still in Frederikshavn, Denmark, awaiting its transfer to Greece, where it will soon serve new routes under the Seajets flag.
