Tallink Silja Line rewards loyal regular customers with the Club One bonus program. Members benefit from regular trips and purchases on board. Cardholders also collect points when shopping in the Tallink e-shop and when staying in one of the Tallink hotels.

A membership in Club One holds three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The respective level is determined by the number of bonus points earned within a 12-month period. Bronze is considered the entry level, Silver level is reached at 15,000 bonus points, and Gold level is reached at 60,000 bonus points.

How much does membership in Tallink Silja Club One cost?

Club One membership is free and household-based. Thus, the status and benefits of the regular customer also apply to registered partners and family members.

Cardholders also benefit from various discounts and special offers on board depending on their level. Can I get a Tallink Silja Club One ID card or membership card?

After registration, the membership number will be sent by e-mail. Now the digital Club One card can be used in the Tallink Silja Line app to collect bonus points. Simply quote the Club One account number when making bookings, and show the digital membership card for all purchases on board.

What else needs to be considered?

For services booked in advance, bronze customers receive 30 bonus points per 1 euro, silver customers 35 bonus points per 1 euro and gold customers 40 bonus points per 1 euro.

Purchases and services on board and in the e-shop, as well as accommodation in a Tallink Hotel, are rewarded with 21 bonus points per 1 euro for Bronze customers, 25 bonus points per 1 euro for Silver customers and 29 bonus points per 1 euro for Gold customers.

How long are my Tallink Silja ClubOne points valid?

ClubOne bonus points are valid for 24 months from the month of purchase.
