Stena Line Extra is a bonus program where members can earn benefits by collecting points. These include exclusive extra offers on board or a reduction in the cruise fare when booking the next passage.

Points are earned when booking ferry passages and by presenting the extra boarding pass when making purchases on board the ships. Here, 1 extra point corresponds to an equivalent value of 0.01 euros. In this way, points can be used to reduce the fare in whole or in part when making the next booking.

Where can I log into my Extra account?

Current points balance, status and the validity of already collected points are available at any time under “My page”. to credited, points are valid until December 31 of the following year.

Can I get a Stena Line Extra pass or membership card?

The Extra Bonus program is cardless. So you have to remember or write down your membership number. The membership number is noted when bookings are made; on board, travelers receive an extra paper boarding pass at check-in. This must be presented for scanning at the time of purchase, no subsequent credit is possible.

How can I redeem my Stena Line Extra points?

Points can only be redeemed when making another booking through Stena Line.

What else needs to be considered?

Membership starts in BLUE status. 5 points are credited per euro spent. Those who accumulate 6,250 points within a year achieve GOLD status. From now on, cardholders will receive 10 points per euro spent for one year and can look forward to further benefits: booking fees, service fees and rebooking fees are waived. If 12,500 points are accumulated this year, the GOLD status will be renewed, otherwise it will be downgraded to BLUE status.
