- From Paris: Ferry west on the A11 and A81 to Rennes, then on the N12 to Morlaix and finally on the D58 to Roscoff. The ferry port is well signposted.
- From Brest: Take the N12 east to Morlaix and then change to the D58 to Roscoff.
- From Nantes: Ferry west on the N165/E60 as far as Lanester. From there, take the D769 to Carhaix-Plouguer and then the D764 and D785 to Morlaix. Then follow the D58 to Roscoff.

The nearest major train station is in Morlaix. There are regular bus connections from Morlaix to Roscoff.
