Travel information
Arrival by car
If you want to drive to the Mahón ferry port by car, you can come from different directions:
- From the north of the Me-7 highway: Follow the Me-7 highway towards Maó/Mahón, and take the Me-3, which will take you directly to the ferry port.
- From the southwest of the Me-12 highway: Ferry along the Me-12 highway in the direction of Maó/Mahón. At the traffic circle take the exit towards the ferry port (Puerto).
- From the northwest(Ciutadella): If you are coming from Ciutadella, follow the ME-1 to Maó/Mahón and then follow the signs to the port.
Arrival by bus & train
The ferry port of Mahón is well connected to the public transport network. There are bus connections from the city center of Maó/Mahón to the port.
Arrival by plane
Menorca Airport (Aeropuerto de Menorca) is located around 5 kilometers west of Maó/Mahón. From the airport you can take a cab or bus to the city center of Maó/Mahón. From there it is only a few minutes to the harbor.
