Port Gothenburg
Sweden’s second largest city has been securely guarded for centuries by the impressive Nya Elfsborg fortress. Gothenburg offers its guests a wide range of activities. The many canals, bridges and the harbor are waiting to be discovered. The castle forest is a beautiful place. In the past, only the king and his hunting party were allowed to enter it, but today it is the city’s most popular park and delights young and old alike with Sweden’s oldest zoo. However, if you want to feel a little more heart-pounding, the largest theme park in Scandinavia, Liseberg, is the place to be.
