- From Copenhagen: Take the E47/E55 south to exit 42, then change to route 9 towards Gedser. The ferry port is well signposted and is located directly at the end of Route 9.
- From Rødby: Take the E47/E55 northbound and then follow Route 9 directly to Gedser.
