Port Dubrovnik
The old town of Dubrovnik is so breathtakingly beautiful that you should set off on foot to explore it. It is completely surrounded by a massive city wall from the 16th century. The older part of Dubrovnik can be completely circumnavigated on it and from the top there is a magnificent view over the roofs of the old town and the entire surroundings. Whether Baroque, Renaissance or Gothic, Dubrovnik has all architectural styles on offer. After a lot of culture, a stroll along the busy main street Stradun down to the harbour is certainly a wonderful change of pace. In 1979, the Old Town of Dubrovnik was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
