The rocky island of Capri is picturesquely located in the Gulf of Naples and attracts guests from all over the world with its cliffs and the famous Blue Grotto. The climate is Mediterranean, the cuisine delicious and the recreational opportunities varied. Enjoying a cappuccino with sea view in the harbor of the island’s capital – that’s how a vacation should be.

When the tourists have left the island in the evening, peace returns to the main town of Capri. Then locals and guests gather at the Piazzetta di Capri and enjoy the hustle and bustle around the picturesque clock tower.
The New York Times once called Villa Malaparte the most beautiful house in the world. From Capri town, the villa can be reached on foot, but the grounds are private, so the building can only be visited from the outside. Villa San Michele, on the other hand, has a wonderful panoramic view.
Villa Jovis invites you on a trip to the ancient world. Emperor Augustus had a monumental palace built for himself on Capri. To this day, its ruins give an idea of how large and magnificent the complex must have once been.
The Blue Grotto of Capri is probably the most famous sight. The incident sunlight is reflected and enters the cave without red components. In this way, the water inside shimmers in a particularly intense and fascinating blue.
A very popular photo motif are the Faraglioni rocks. They rise about 90 meters from the sea, with a boat you can go through the eye of the needle in the middle rock. In the past, beacons were lit here to show sailors the way. No less fascinating is the Arco Naturale.
The chairlift takes you comfortably up to the 589-metre-high Monte Solaro. In addition to a restaurant, you can look forward to a wonderful panoramic view over Capri and the Gulf of Naples. Of course, you can also make your way up on foot.
