Conditions
The conditions for the Flex-Ticket
The Flex Ticket can be exchanged free of charge (plus any price differences) and, in the event of full or partial cancellation, refunded on the basis of the ticket amount excluding tax:
- 90% of the ticket price will be refunded up to one month before departure.
- 80% of the ticket price will be refunded from 1 month to 7 days before departure.
- 50% of the ticket amount will be refunded from 7 days to 48 hours before departure,
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before or after departure.
