You can reach Holyhead ferry terminal by car from various directions:

  • From the south (e.g. from Chester): Ferry along the A55 until you reach Holyhead. In the city, follow the signs to the ferry port.
  • From the east (e.g. from London): Ferry northwest on the M1. Change to the A55 towards Holyhead and follow the signs to the ferry port.

Arrival by train

Holyhead station is well connected to the British rail network. You can travel here from various cities in the UK. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Holyhead train station to the ferry terminal.
